Time Guard is a guard tour control
software that enables to visualize through charts and
graphics what happened during the security guard tour.
To operate the system it is only
required that the company's security guard take a miniSCAN
terminal with him during his tours. A a low cost RFID
control point can be place in each place the guard passes
by. The guard approaches the terminal to the control
point and presses a button. From this moment the place
where the guard passed by, as well as the date and time
when he did it, are saved in the miniSCAN
terminal. These data can be transferred later to the
computer for analysis.
The software, with its friendly interface,
can generate detailed and customizable reports of all the
guards' activities. The performed tours can be juxtaposed to
the plants of the places where they ocurred, giving a very
intuitive and realistic perspective of what happened.
The number of guards and tours that can
be managed by Time Guard is pratically unlimited.
