the time and attendance and access control applications have become
essential to enterprises. Having this in mind, Acronym developed
Time Report, a solution capable of answering the needs of the majority
of the existing companies.
Available in several languages, it works in Windows environment along
with Acronym's
Evolution 3 Bio,
Evolution 3,
Evolution Bio,
Evolution I,
OutLock I,
OutLock II and
miniSCAN
terminals.
It is available in two versions, the first one based in Microsoft Access,
suitable for small companies, and the second one based in Microsoft SQL Server,
ideal for companies with a large number of employees.
An important advantage of Time Report is its simplicity
of use which, combined with a representative graphic
environment, gives their users an intuitive perception
of what they are seeing and doing.
Like all the other Acronym applications, Time Report is
completely customizable, including scripts that can
change its operating mode and report editors that allow
to create custom maps, as well as to change the
already avaliable maps.
This application also includes a comprehensive
help system which can be accessed from almost every application
window, and displays the needed assistance whenever wanted.
Other features not directly related to time and attendance,
such as the access control, can also be found in Time Report,
thus reinforcing its interaction with the Acronym terminals.
